Job summary

RTX in Wichita is seeking a Warehouse Clerk to locate and prepare avionics equipment for delivery, verify shipments, and manage SAP service notifications under supervision.

Requires AA/AS degree with 2+ years of experience; prior Collins Aerospace MRO experience is preferred; strong written and verbal communication with customers and internal teams; onsite role with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• AA/AS degree or 2-year post high school training with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
• Prior experience working in a Collins Aerospace MRO environment.
• Prior experience in a related environment involving written and oral communication with internal or external customers.

Responsibilities

• Verify incoming shipments accuracy and resolve discrepancies with customers and internal departments.
• Verify Customer Purchase Order requirements and ensure feasibility before accepting work in Service Center.
• Create SAP service notifications and monitor process flow per service contracts and customer requirements.
• Use SAP reporting tools to create reports meeting customer expectations.
• Coordinate holidays, extra hours, shift changes, and administration of customer portals.
