Job summary

Collins Aerospace, a RTX company, is seeking a Senior Technician, Logistics to support mission-ready deliveries and ensure accurate documentation for shipments. You will coordinate with internal teams, carriers, and government partners, and prepare required shipping paperwork to meet customer requirements.

This on‑site 1st shift role (Mon–Fri 7:00–3:30) calls for a HS diploma or AA/AS with 4+ years of related experience and ATF access eligibility. Proficiency with SAP and Excel is preferred.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or AA/AS degree with 4+ years of relevant experience.
• Ability to obtain and maintain ATF access.
• Experience with SAP or other ERP systems; proficient in Excel.

Responsibilities

• Create Bills of Lading and shipping labels.
• Create and submit time-sensitive Shipping Instructions Requests.
• Process time-sensitive Shipping Instructions for quick turnaround shipments.
• Schedule shipment pick-ups with Logistics Team, carriers, and US Government.
• Review contracts to ensure shipments and packaging documents meet customer requirements.
• Maintain compliance and accuracy of shipping documentation.
