Job summary

AAR Corp. is seeking a Material Control Clerk to manage the flow of materials in a busy warehouse environment in Wellington, Kansas. You will maintain inventory records, support production with timely material delivery, and ensure accurate documentation.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in warehouse/ inventory roles, experience with SAP/Oracle/NetSuite, and strong math and communication skills. Training and compliance are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: 1–3 years in warehouse, manufacturing, or inventory control.
• Technical Skills: Inventory management software and basic MS Office.
• Attention to Detail: Strong math skills and accuracy in data entry.
• Communication: Clear verbal and written collaboration with teams.

Responsibilities

• Inventory Tracking: Maintain accurate electronic inventory records using ERP or WMS.
• Material Distribution: Kitting, staging, and delivering materials to the production floor or departments.
• Data Entry & Documentation: Document movements and generate shipping/receiving reports.
• Cycle Counting: Perform cycle counts and audit bin locations for variances.
• Storage Optimization: Log stock locations for space efficiency and quick retrieval.
• Safety & Compliance: Follow safety guidelines and operate machinery safely.
