Job summary

Randstad USA is seeking a detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Clerk to manage inbound and outbound logistics for aerospace parts. Responsibilities include packaging shipments, using SAP/Epicor, and ensuring AS9100/ISO 9001 compliance with required documentation.

The role covers freight coordination, inventory control, and safe operation of material handling equipment in a second-shift schedule. No degree required.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in shipping/receiving in aerospace or manufacturing
• Familiarity with ERP systems and carrier software

Responsibilities

• Package fragile aerospace components and process shipments using carrier software and ERP systems
• Enforce AS9100/ISO 9001 standards and verify documentation incl. Certificates of Conformance
• Schedule carrier pickups, create Bills of Lading, coordinate with drivers and vendors
• Perform bin audits and inventory counts, resolve variances
• Operate forklifts/reach trucks and follow ESD/safety protocols
