Job summary

AIRO Group is seeking a Warehouse Specialist to manage inventory of sensitive product, parts and equipment within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will ensure stock levels align with ERP, perform physical counts, and process material picks for production while maintaining strict handling and labeling standards.

Qualifications

• 1 year warehouse experience in electronics manufacturing.
• Excel and SAP or other MRP software experience.
• Learn company procedures and methods.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Punctual and dependable with good follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain inventory levels and reconcile with ERP.
• Generate production orders and pick materials per schedule.
• Re-stock items including returned material
• Data entry and revision control in stockroom
• Support national and international shipping and receiving timelines
• Ship orders to maximize Aspen revenue with minimal supervision
• Follow proper handling, packaging, and labeling of sensitive equipment
• Receive and process materials accurately
• Collaborate with employees and vendors to maintain quality
• Identify and propose improvements to the work cell with supervisor support
• Support Aspen health and safety programs
• Perform other duties as required
