Job summary

The role focuses on takt planning, performance against MRP, and driving CORE improvements while aligning with RTX values and managing internal customer relations. Extended hours may be required to meet program needs.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a university degree or equivalent experience with 8+ years, or an advanced degree with 5+ years.
• Experience in manufacturing, planning, scheduling, finance, operations, or similar environments.
• Experience leading a team in a cross-functional environment.
• U.S. Citizen - the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning and execution across multiple work cells; establish takt plans and value stream performance.
• Onsite role focused on safety, people, quality, delivery, cost, and equipment; lead CORE improvements.
• Interface with internal RTX customers to develop factory plans and be willing to work extended hours if required.
