Job summary

RTX is seeking a Material Program Manager to support the full supply chain scope for STaRS. The role collaborates with program offices, Engineering, Mission Assurance, and Procurement to ensure material availability and alignment with schedule, cost, and quality targets.

The onsite McKinney, TX facility will be the primary work location with a hybrid work model. The role includes forecasting, FEOTB activities, and EVMS/EAC support, plus proposal involvement and CAPA closure on TINA requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years experience or advanced degree with 5+ years experience.
• Minimum 6 years experience in a supply chain role.
• Experience in Material Sales forecasting, Risk & Opportunity management, EACs and EVMS.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Program Manager and cross-functional leaders to execute AOP and on-time delivery.
• Develop and execute program material strategies and supplier risk mitigation.
• Lead MRP planning, material releases, and EAC reporting.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Mission Assurance, and Supply Chain to improve supplier performance.
• Prepare information for management reviews and assist with proposal activities.
