RTX in McKinney, TX seeks a Value Stream Manager to oversee the Radomes and Composites centers. You will lead a team across shifts to safely deliver quality radar parts, manage production, assembly, and testing for land-based radar systems, and drive continuous improvement.

This onsite role requires a DoD Secret clearance, a university degree with 8+ years of experience, and proven capability in coordinating operations, takt planning, and cross-functional collaboration to achieve value stream

Qualifications

University degree or equivalent with 8+ years of relevant experience.
Experience in manufacturing planning, scheduling, finance, or operations.
U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain/maintain a DoD Secret clearance.

Responsabilités

Oversees planning and execution across multiple work cells at McKinney MCMC.
Establishes takt plans aligned to program schedules and drives value stream performance.
Interfaces with Operations PMs, SBUs, OSC Leads on status, capacity, risks/opps.
Onsite role; spends significant time in factory areas; manages off-shift teams.
Drives operational metrics for safety, quality, delivery, cost, and equipment.
Leads continuous improvement through CORE; ensures cross-functional alignment.
