Job summary

Ontic is seeking a Value Stream Engineer to join our Creedmoor, North Carolina site. You will report to the Director of Engineering and work onsite within an Integrated Product Team (IPT) structure to drive technical leadership across product lines.

You will develop and manage project plans, requirements, risks, and deliverables while collaborating with Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Sales, and leadership to ensure successful program execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, Aerospace or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2–5 years of manufacturing experience within production, engineering or value stream.
• Experience developing or supporting project plans, schedules and budgets for small to mid-size technical projects.
• Experience working in cross-functional teams, preferably IPT environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and engineering support for assigned product lines.
• Own and coordinate engineering deliverables throughout program lifecycle.
• Support development and execution of project plans, schedules, technical requirements and budgets.
• Lead technical delivery of complex work packages and coordinate cross-functional resources.
