Job summary

Ontic is seeking a Value Stream Leader at Creedmoor, NC to oversee a portfolio of products across several licenses. You will report to the Value Stream Director and drive operational, financial, and commercial performance within a matrix organization.

Applicants should have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, strong leadership, and ERP experience (SAP/Epicor). The role emphasizes safety, quality and customer satisfaction, with a focus on continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead a Value Stream across multiple licenses within Creedmoor site.
• Oversee P&L forecasting and financial reporting to SMT/SLT.
• Drive operational performance and KPI leadership for production teams.
• Develop and sustain customer relationships and revenue growth.
