Ontic seeks a Value Stream Engineer to provide technical leadership for assigned product lines within a fast-paced aerospace Value Stream in Creedmoor, NC. You will own engineering deliverables through the lifecycle and coordinate cross-functional teams across IPTs to meet program objectives.

Value Stream Engineer Ontic is a leading global aerospace OEM trusted by the world’s aviation leaders. With over 1,300 employees across four time zones and seven sites, we have more than doubled in size since 2019 and continue to grow at pace. Our team is looking for a Value Stream Engineer to join them.
You will report to the Director of Engineering and will have an onsite work structure in Creedmoor, North Carolina. The Value Stream Engineer is responsible for the technical support and execution of assigned product lines within the Value Stream. Working within an Integrated Product Team (IPT) structure, you will provide technical leadership throughout the lifecycle of programs and projects while partnering closely with Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Sales, and Value Stream leadership. This role combines technical expertise, project execution, and cross-functional leadership. You will help develop and manage project plans, schedules, technical requirements, risks, and engineering deliverables while serving as a key technical interface between customers, Engineering, and the broader business.
