Qualifications

• Associate's degree in a related technical discipline and 3 years of related experience.
• Experience performing Ultrasonic Testing (UT) in aerospace/manufacturing/precision inspection.
• Experience with UT methods including Phased Array, Pulse-Echo, Shear Wave, Through-Transmission.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specs, procedures, and documentation.
• Strong nondestructive testing knowledge and attention to detail.
• US work eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Perform nondestructive inspections to evaluate materials, components, and systems without damage.
• Perform Ultrasonic Testing (UT) using phased array, pulse-echo, shear wave, and through-transmission techniques.
• Utilize NDI methods and equipment to verify parts meet engineering and quality requirements.
• Set up, calibrate, and operate ultrasonic inspection equipment per procedures and specs.
• Document inspection results and nonconformities per procedures and quality requirements.
• Support audit surveillance of ND inspection processes and ensure compliance with standards.
