Job summary

AAA-USA Inc. is seeking skilled NDT professionals with hands-on Ultrasonic Testing (UT) experience for inspecting aircraft components, materials, and assemblies.

The role requires proficiency in phased array, pulse-echo, shear wave, and through-transmission UT methods and the ability to evaluate components for engineering, quality, and customer requirements. Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States and be willing to relocate as needed.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in a related technical discipline and 3 years of related experience.
• Experience performing Ultrasonic Testing (UT) in an aerospace, manufacturing, or precision inspection environment.
• NAS 410 certification or qualification required for applicable aerospace NDT positions.

Responsibilities

• Perform nondestructive inspections to evaluate materials, components, and systems without causing damage.
• Perform Ultrasonic Testing (UT) using phased array, pulse-echo, shear wave, and through-transmission techniques.
• Utilize NDI methods and equipment to verify parts and manufacturing processes meet engineering, customer, and quality requirements.
• Set up, calibrate, standardize, and operate ultrasonic inspection equipment per procedures and specifications.
• Document inspection results and nonconforming conditions per quality requirements.
• Provide guidance, training, and technical support to less experienced NDI personnel and trainees.
• Support audit surveillance of nondestructive inspection processes and ensure compliance with specifications and standards.
