Job summary

AAA-USA Inc. is seeking skilled NDT professionals experienced in inspecting aircraft components, materials, and assemblies with minimal or no damage. Candidates should have hands-on experience with ultrasonic inspection methods and the ability to evaluate components for compliance with engineering, quality, and customer requirements.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required or equivalent with 3+ years related experience.
• Experience performing UT in aerospace, manufacturing, or precision inspection environments.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and procedures.
• Strong understanding of NDT principles and quality requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform nondestructive inspections to evaluate materials, components, and systems without damage.
• Operate UT equipment and apply methods such as phased array and pulse-echo.
• Document inspection results and nonconforming conditions per procedures.
• Provide guidance and training to junior NDI personnel as needed.
• Ensure compliance with specifications, procedures, and standards.
