AAA-USA Inc. is seeking skilled NDT professionals experienced in inspecting aircraft components, materials, and assemblies using Ultrasonic Testing (UT).

The role emphasizes phased array, pulse-echo, shear wave, and through-transmission techniques to verify conformance to engineering and quality requirements. Candidates should have an associate degree in a technical discipline and 3+ years of related experience, with NAS 410 certification preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in a technical field with 3+ years of related experience or equivalent.
• Experience performing Ultrasonic Testing (UT) in aerospace/manufacturing environments.
• Proficiency with UT methods: Phased Array, Pulse-Echo, Shear Wave, Through-Transmission.

Responsibilities

• Perform nondestructive inspections to evaluate materials, components, and systems without damage.
• Operate UT equipment per procedures and specifications.
• Document inspection results and nonconformances per procedures and quality requirements.
• Identify nonconforming conditions and assist with corrective actions.
• Provide guidance and training to junior NDI personnel as needed.
• Support audits of NDT processes and ensure compliance.
