Job summary

AAA-USA Inc. is seeking skilled NDT professionals experienced in inspecting aircraft components and assemblies using ultrasonic methods. The role requires hands-on UT experience and the ability to assess conformance with engineering, quality, and customer requirements.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in a related technical discipline, plus 3 years of relevant experience.
• Experience performing Ultrasonic Testing (UT) in aerospace/manufacturing/precision inspection environments.
• Experience with UT methods: Phased Array, Pulse-Echo, Shear Wave, Through-Transmission.

Responsibilities

• Perform nondestructive inspections to evaluate materials, components, and systems without damage.
• Operate UT equipment and apply UT methods (phased array, pulse-echo, shear wave, through-transmission).
• Verify parts meet engineering, quality, and customer requirements.
• Document inspection results and nonconforming conditions per procedures.
