AAA USA is actively hiring experienced Trim & Drill Technicians to support advanced aerospace composite manufacturing programs in Grand Forks, North Dakota. You will work with composite aircraft structures, read engineering drawings, and ensure safety, quality, and precision workmanship throughout trimming, drilling, countersinking, and finishing operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in composite manufacturing and aerospace environments is required.
• Ability to read engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety.
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and precision measurement equipment.

Responsibilities

• Trim, drill, ream, countersink, deburr, grind, and finish composite aircraft parts to specifications.
• Safely operate hand tools, power tools, drills, routers, grinders, sanders and related equipment.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and work instructions.
• Maintain clean, organized work area following 6S principles and safety rules.
• Report discrepancies and support continuous improvement initiatives.
