Job summary

AAA USA Inc. is hiring Trim & Drill Technicians in Grand Forks, North Dakota, to support advanced aerospace composite manufacturing programs. You will trim, drill, countersink, ream, and finish composite aircraft structures with high precision, reading blueprints and engineering docs.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.
2+ years of composite manufacturing experience or 3 years of general manufacturing experience.
Experience with composite materials, fiberglass, or aircraft structures preferred.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, specifications, and work instructions.
Must be eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

Trim, drill, ream, countersink, deburr, grind, and finish composite aircraft parts to engineering specs.
Safely operate hand tools, power tools, drills, routers, grinders, sanders and related equipment.
Measure and mark parts with high accuracy prior to processing.
Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints and work instructions.
Complete work orders and production documentation accurately.
Identify and report discrepancies or changes to drawings or instructions.
