Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Trim composite aircraft parts using air-powered hand tools.
  • Drill precise holes using templates, fixtures, and drill jigs.
  • Bead blast surfaces to prepare parts for bonding and assembly.
  • Read and interpret engineering drawings and work instructions.
  • Inspect completed work to ensure it meets quality standards and procedures.
  • Safely operate tools and equipment following all safety policies.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

What You'll Do

As a Trim & Drill Technician, you'll be a key member of our Trim & Drill team, using air-powered and electric tools to trim, drill, and prepare composite aircraft parts for assembly. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with basic mechanical skills who enjoys hands-on work and wants to build a long-term career in aircraft manufacturing.

Responsibilities
  • Trim composite aircraft parts using air-powered hand tools
  • Drill precise holes using templates, fixtures, and drill jigs
  • Bead blast surfaces to prepare parts for bonding and assembly
  • Read and interpret engineering drawings and work instructions

Requirements

Physical Requirements
  • Ability to stand and move throughout the facility for the majority of the shift
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks with attention to detail
  • Ability to lift materials and equipment as required
Compensation And Schedule
  • Day Shift – Monday Friday 6:00 a.m. 2:30 p.m. Starting Pay: $21.63/hour
  • Afternoon Shift – Monday Thursday 2:30 p.m. 1:00 a.m. Starting Pay: $22.63/hour (includes shift differential)
