Epic Aircraft, located in Bend, Oregon, seeks a hands-on Trim & Drill Technician to trim, drill, and prep composite parts for assembly. You will work with air-powered tools, follow drawings, and maintain high quality through careful inspection and safe operation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience using a variety of hand and power tools.
• Ability to read and follow engineering drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to read and follow written instructions and engineering drawings.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Willingness to take on new challenges and continuously learn.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Trim composite aircraft parts using air-powered hand tools.
• Drill precise holes using templates, fixtures, and drill jigs.
• Bead blast surfaces to prepare parts for bonding and assembly.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and work instructions.
• Inspect completed work to ensure it meets quality standards and procedures.
• Safely operate tools and equipment following all safety policies.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
