Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 3 months to 1 year of direct composite work or 3 years of manufacturing experience.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Independent layup of 70% parts with knowledge in SR and SF.
• Achieve a minimum efficiency of 58%.
• Maintain a high level of quality while balancing efficiency.
• Complete layup portion of CSOs independently with minimal supervision.
• Keep work areas clean, orderly, and presentable.
• Understand all process specifications and pertinent reference information.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and report hazards.
