Job summary

AAA-USA Inc. is seeking a Production Technician in Duluth, MN to contribute to composite or assembly work for aircraft components. The role emphasizes learning to use hand tools, pneumatic fixtures, and cross-functional collaboration in a production environment.

Responsibilities include following engineering drawings, inspecting components, and ensuring proper fit and alignment. The position requires attention to detail, reliability, and willingness to learn new skills on the job.

Responsibilities

• Inspects, builds and installs aircraft components.
• Follows engineering drawings and specifications.
• Ensures proper fit, clearance, alignment, and performance per design.
• Cleans, sets up and uses bonding, drilling, and holding fixtures.
• Routinely routes wires, cables and tubing.
• Installs rivets, screws and bolts using appropriate tools.
• Torques hardware and fittings with suitable equipment.
• Documents aircraft build instructions accurately.
• Wears required PPE including respirator and safety gear.
