Job summary

PPG Industries (UK) Limited is seeking an Aerospace Transparencies Project Manager to plan, execute and close technical engineering projects focused on aerospace transparencies for fixed wing and rotorcraft applications. You will lead cross‑functional teams, coordinate with suppliers and customers, and ensure compliance with FAA/EASA/MIL‑STD standards while driving schedules, budgets and quality.

The role requires a Bachelor's in engineering, 3+ years PM experience, and a PMP certification is

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree (engineering disciplines preferred).
3+ years of project management experience.
PMP certification preferred.
Proficient in project management tools and software.
Strong knowledge of aerospace transparency materials and manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage all aspects of aerospace transparency projects across programs from concept through production and sustainment.
Develop detailed plans, schedules, budgets and resource allocations; monitor progress.
Maintain clear communication with internal teams, customers and suppliers on status and changes.
Coordinate cross-functionally with engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, R&D and procurement.
Support continuous improvement and manage project risks, budgets and quality targets.
Prepare regular program status reports for senior management.
