Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management experience
• PMP certification preferred
• Bachelor's degree in engineering
• Proficient in project management tools
• Knowledge of aerospace transparency materials and manufacturing

Responsibilities

• Lead aerospace transparency projects from concept to production and sustainment.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
• Maintain clear communication with internal teams, customers, and suppliers.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, R&D, and procurement.
• Support continuous improvement of PM practices and processes.
• Monitor budgets and ensure financial targets are met.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with FAA, EASA, MIL-STD and internal requirements.
• Prepare and present program status reports to senior management.
