Job summary

PPG is seeking an Aerospace Transparencies Project Manager to plan, execute, and close technical engineering projects improving aerospace transparencies for fixed wing aircraft and rotorcraft in military and commercial sectors.

You will collaborate across teams, coordinate with suppliers and customers, ensure compliance with standards, and drive schedules, budgets, and quality for a portfolio of programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3+ years of project management experience.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Proficient with project management tools and software.
• Strong knowledge of aerospace transparency materials and processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead aerospace transparency projects from concept through production and sustainment.
• Develop detailed plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
• Communicate status, milestones, and changes to stakeholders.
• Coordinate with engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and procurement teams.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Monitor budgets and ensure adherence to financial targets.
