Job summary

Tiberius Aerospace is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead the execution of complex aerospace hardware programs, from concept through flight hardware, qualification, and production.

You will embed with engineering teams, define execution plans, manage budgets and schedules, and drive decisions across mechanical, propulsion, avionics, and test to deliver on mission objectives with urgency. This role requires U.S. citizenship and eligibility for a government security clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years in technical program management or related roles.
• Experience with DoD/government programs is a plus.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams through development and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of aerospace hardware programs.
• Build integrated program plans connecting scope, milestones, schedules, and risks.
• Define technical execution paths and drive decisions with engineering leaders.
• Manage cost, schedule, and technical baseline to meet mission needs.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across mechanical, propulsion, avionics, test, and manufacturing.
