Astronics AES in Kirkland, WA, seeks a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead the design, development, and introduction of new hardware products for the Cabin Electronics Product Group. You will guide cross-functional teams through the full lifecycle, ensuring on-time delivery, regulatory compliance, and budget adherence.

The role emphasizes technical leadership and program management within a highly regulated aerospace context, with an on-site work arrangement and flexible part-time remote

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field required; Electrical Engineering preferred, OR 12+ years of hardware development experience.
• Senior TPM – a minimum of 8+ years in similar roles.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams through multi-phase hardware development in regulated environments.

Responsabilités

• Lead a core team of engineers and extended teams across functions to drive product development programs.
• Coordinate engineering staff to resolve complex issues and proactively manage risk.
• Ensure compliance with contractual requirements and manage statements of work with customers.
• Create and track budgets for complex development programs and engineering changes.
• Develop and maintain program schedules from initiation to production and ensure on-time delivery.
• Drive process improvements and incorporate lessons learned into guidelines.
