Job summary
Intrepidus Talent Solutions is recruiting a Program Manager for a client that develops and produces flight electronics for national security and civil space customers. You will own the execution of one or more programs from development through production, ensuring cost, schedule, and performance targets are met.
The role requires hands-on leadership, a strong background in complex hardware programs, and the ability to bring structure to evolving programs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or business or equivalent experience.
- Experience managing space/aerospace hardware programs.
- Experience with full program lifecycle from design to production.
Responsibilities
- Own execution on space flight programs from development through production.
- Define and maintain a resource-loaded Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).
- Define labor and non-labor resource plans and fill them with engineering leadership.
- Own program risk and opportunity register with mitigation plans.
