Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, aerospace engineering, or a related technical field.
• Masters degree in a related technical field or MBA.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional engineering teams in design, development, analysis, and testing of mechanical and pyrotechnic components.
• Guide programs through planning, development, qualification, production, and delivery while managing schedule, cost, risk, and technical performance.
• Interface with customers and leadership to maintain clear communication and strong customer-facing presence.
• Support business development by contributing to proposal writing and new business efforts.
• Coordinate transition from business development to full program execution with clear scope.
