Job summary

Airbus Aerosystems Kinston, Inc. is seeking a Tooling Maintenance Technician in Kinston, NC. You will dismantle, install and repair industrial machinery on the aerospace shop floor, working with PLC/CNC controlled equipment and blueprints.

The role requires hands-on maintenance, troubleshooting, and collaboration with engineering and other crafts. Travel and shift flexibility are expected as part of production support.

Qualifications

• Experience with dismantling, moving, and installing industrial machinery.

Responsibilities

• Dismantles, moves, assembles, installs, and repairs industrial machinery per plans.
• 2nd: uses hand tools and power tools for maintenance.
• 3rd: performs routine inspections and preventive maintenance.
• 4th: conducts root/cause analysis with engineering and vendors.
• 5th: tests and repairs machines and equipment.
