Job summary

Airbus Aerosystems Kinston, Inc. seeks a Machine Operator to join the Operations team in Kinston, NC. You will set up and operate a variety of machines to tight tolerances, interpret blueprints, and select tooling and feeds to produce parts per specifications.

You will monitor quality, follow safety standards, and perform routine maintenance. Training is provided with opportunities for growth and ESOP participation.

Qualifications

• Sets up and operates machine tools to exact tolerances per blueprints and sketches.
• Interprets engineering drawings and determines sequence of operations and setup.
• Monitors quality using statistical processes and conducts routine maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Produce parts using conventional or CNC machinery while ensuring quality.
• Read blueprints, select tooling, and determine feeds and speeds.
• Keep workspace safe and maintain equipment per maintenance schedule.
