Job summary

Airbus Aerosystems is seeking a Maintenance Technician - Tooling for its Production department in Kinston, NC. You will dismantle, install, troubleshoot and repair tooling and machines, using hand and power tools, PLCs, and CNC equipment to support the manufacturing of aerospace components.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in Production environment.
• Fluent in English.
• Team working mindset.
• Must be willing and able to work any shift.
• Other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Dismantles, moves, assembles, installs, and repairs industrial machinery and equipment according to layout plans, blueprints, drawings, or verbal instructions.
• Dismantles equipment and machines using hammers, wrenches, crowbars, and other hand tools.
• Moves machinery and equipment using hoists, dollies, rollers, and trucks.
• Assembles and installs equipment such as conveyors and tram rails using hand and power tools.
• Constructs foundations; aligns machines; performs scheduled inspection and maintenance.
