Job summary

Enjet Aero, LLC is seeking a Tool and Die Maker for the weekend shift in Ohio. The role focuses on constructing, repairing, and calibrating dies, jigs, fixtures, and gauges, using precision tools and NX CAD for tool designs.

You will work with military standards and need strong troubleshooting and math skills. The position offers 36 hours with a 4-hour bonus, a 25% shift differential, and training on first shift.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be proficient operating all toolroom machines (mills, lathes, grinders, saws).
• Good technical math skills (shop math, geometry, and trigonometry).
• Troubleshooting/problem-solving skills.
• Possible travel for training and multi-site support.

Responsibilities

• Create tool designs utilizing NX (Unigraphics) CAD system. Familiar with tool design and drafting standards of various customers and military.
• Operate overhead crane when necessary.
• Verifies conformance of finished workpiece to customer specifications using precision measuring tools.
• Maintains specifications; takes measurements; detects malfunctions; troubleshooting processes; adjusting and reprogramming controls.
• Maintains a safe and clean work environment by performing daily housekeeping duties.
• Maintains equipment by following maintenance requirements; troubleshooting malfunctions; calling for repairs.
