Job summary

Tool Die Maker role in Buckeye, AZ for a permanent, on-site position. Compensation is $35-$45/hour, with full benefits and a 6am shift, Monday–Friday.

You will support tooling maintenance, calibration, and inventory management to ensure tool readiness for production, while collaborating with engineering and quality teams to improve tooling performance and reduce downtime. Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in tooling, machining, manufacturing, or aerospace environments.
• Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications.
• Experience using precision measuring instruments and hand tools.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Knowledge of tooling maintenance, inventory control, and manufacturing processes.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and ERP/MRP systems is preferred.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, inspect, repair, and organize production tooling, fixtures, and equipment.
• Issue, track, and manage tooling inventory to support manufacturing operations.
• Coordinate tooling calibration, maintenance schedules, and replacement needs.
• Support production teams with tooling setup, troubleshooting, and changeovers.
• Maintain accurate tooling records and documentation.
• Work closely with engineering, quality, and production teams to improve tooling performance.
• Assist with process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce downtime.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and manufacturing standards.
