Job summary

Howmet Aerospace is seeking a Threadroll Operator at our Carson, CA facility. The role involves performing thread roll operations on Ti screw products, using Waterbury, Saspi and Hartford rollers, and conducting in-process inspections to ensure quality.

You will input SPC data and read precision gauges to verify dimensions. Responsibilities include setting up and operating Threadroll machines, following safety policies, performing 1st Article inspections, and training entry-level operators as

Qualifications

• 3 years experience operating machinery.
• Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Responsibilities

• Perform thread roll operations on Ti screw product using Waterbury, Saspi, and Hartford thread rollers.
• In-cell wash, tumble, flat roll operations; run fillet roll machines as required.
• Conduct 1st Article and in-process inspections; use gauges to measure critical thread roll dimensions; input SPC data.
• Read measuring devices and interpret specifications and work instructions.
