Jobot in Brea, CA is seeking an experienced Thread Roll Machinist to operate and troubleshoot thread rolling equipment to produce high‑quality components per specifications. The role requires blueprint literacy and precise measurement using micrometers, calipers, and gauges, with a focus on quality and process improvements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience operating and setting up thread rolling equipment in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Experience using precision measuring equipment including micrometers, calipers, and gauges.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate thread rolling machines to produce parts according to engineering specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and technical drawings.
• Perform in-process and final inspections using micrometers, calipers, gauges and other precision tools.
• Monitor machine performance and make adjustments to maintain quality and productivity.
• Troubleshoot equipment, tooling, and production issues.
• Complete production records, inspection reports, and other required documentation.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
• Collaborate with quality, engineering, and production teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
