The ideal candidate is detail-oriented with basic math skills and the ability to read blueprints. This role includes 2nd shift hours and weekend requirements, plus comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Prior manufacturing or metalworking is a plus.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical instructions.
• Basic math including fractions and decimals.

Responsibilities

• Learn to set up and operate thread rolling machines.
• Read blueprints and production documentation.
• Verify part quality using micrometers, calipers, and gauges.
• Maintain clean, organized work area and follow safety standards.
• Complete production records accurately.
