Job summary

Relativity Space is hiring for the Factory Test team in Long Beach, CA. You will perform assembly, calibration, and inspection of aerospace systems, taking ownership of project portions and contributing to timely completions.

The role requires 2+ years in aerospace testing or a related field, the ability to troubleshoot with minimal guidance, and a strong reading of technical drawings. You’ll work with a collaborative team in a physically demanding environment, lifting up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on aerospace testing, fabrication, or a similar field.
• Ability to perform assigned tasks independently and without supervision.
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and solve problems with minimal guidance.
• Solid understanding of aerospace components and systems, with the ability to read and interpret technical schematics and drawings.
• Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively and contribute to team goals.
• Comfortable working in physically demanding environments, including lifting up to 50 lbs. and working in confined spaces or at heights.

• Take ownership of assigned portions of team projects and contribute to their successful completion.
