Qualifications

• 2+ years of hardware testing experience in manufacturing environments.
• Experience writing test procedures for mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic assemblies.
• Ability to lead investigations of test failures and anomalies with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of safety standards and test hazards.

Responsibilities

• Own development, validation, and refinement of test assets for mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems.
• Lead test campaigns, sequencing, tooling design, and test documentation.
• Provide hands‑on support to shop floor and address test issues.
• Analyze test data to identify discrepancies and drive corrective actions.
• Collaborate with design, production, supply chain, and quality teams for seamless testing processes.
