Job summary

Relativity Space in Long Beach, CA is seeking a motivated Test Technician for the Factory Test team. You will perform assembly, calibration, and inspection of aerospace systems and components, contributing to a rapidly growing launch program.

This role demands independent work, strong problem solving, and the ability to read technical drawings. You will collaborate across teams, document results, and help scale the test infrastructure while gaining exposure to the full product lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in aerospace testing or a similar field.
• Ability to perform tasks independently and safely in demanding environments.
• Ability to read and interpret technical schematics and drawings.

Responsibilities

• Perform assembly, calibration, and inspection of aerospace systems and components.
• Take ownership of assigned portions of team projects and contribute to their successful completion.
• Demonstrate troubleshooting and testing skills with minimal supervision.
• Develop and refine ability to lead smaller tasks or sub-projects within the team.
• Provide valuable feedback to colleagues to improve quality and efficiency of work.
• Ensure test results are documented and reports completed in a timely manner.
