Job summary

ALTEN Technology USA is seeking a Test Engineer to plan, execute, and support verification and qualification testing for aerospace electrical and electromechanical products, including NPI and flight-critical programs. Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Engineering or related discipline required.
• • Minimum of four (4) years of relevant engineering or test experience preferred.
• • Associates degree with six (6) or more years of applicable experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Support development and execution of prototype, development, and qualification testing activities for aerospace products and subsystems.
• • Perform testing on aerospace electronic control units, generators, rotating equipment, and related subassemblies.
• • Design, assemble, and maintain test setups, fixtures, instrumentation, and supporting hardware for validation.
• • Configure and operate laboratory equipment to capture and analyze digital test data.
• • Evaluate test results and provide recommendations for corrective actions or design improvements.
• • Troubleshoot test system failures during development and qualification activities.
• • Collaborate with design engineering teams to establish effective test methodologies.
• • Assist with environmental, developmental, and qualification testing involving electrical power systems.
• • Prepare detailed technical documentation including test procedures and reports.
