Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor's degree in a related field (or equivalent).
• Typically entry-level with 0 - 2 years of experience.
• Familiarity with verification and validation activities and QA principles.
• Exposure to schematics, manuals, test procedures, and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, conducting, and documenting V&V activities for aerospace systems and components.
• Develop a conceptual understanding of engineering principles to support testing.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure system integration and performance.
• Utilize schematics, manuals, test procedures, and troubleshooting techniques for testing.
• Contribute to disposition of non-conformances and QA compliance.
• Help develop solutions to routine technical problems; follow senior engineers' instructions.
• Prepare and document test data, reports, and technical information for project decisions.
• Communicate technical concepts clearly to team members and senior engineers.
