You will plan, execute, and document V&V activities under supervision, applying solid engineering principles to solve moderate complexity problems within multi-disciplinary teams.

The role emphasizes reading schematics, following procedures, and developing comprehensive test plans and reports while ensuring compliance with system requirements and QA standards.

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor's degree in a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Typically 2+ years of related experience.
• Strong knowledge of engineering principles and practices.
• Working knowledge of Product and Quality Assurance principles and experience with generation and disposition of product non-conformances.
• Ability to read/interpret schematics, use service manuals, follow test procedures, and use logical troubleshooting techniques.
• Basic experience with various testing equipment, standards, and methodologies.
• Exposure to and execution of complex test plans, procedures, and reports to demonstrate compliance.

Responsibilities

• Participate in planning, conducting, and documenting V&V activities for aerospace systems and components.
• Apply engineering principles to support testing activities and solve problems.
• Work in multi-disciplinary teams following established procedures under supervision.
• Contribute to requirements management, system design, and integration efforts.
• Read schematics, use manuals, follow test procedures, and troubleshoot testing issues.
• Develop and execute complex test plans, procedures, and reports.
• Utilize testing equipment and methodologies to support validation efforts.
• Participate in disposition of product non-conformances and QA principles.
• Prepare technical data, reports, and analyses to support decisions.
• Communicate technical concepts clearly to team members and senior engineers.
