Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor's degree in a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Typically 2+ years of related experience.
• Strong knowledge of engineering principles and practices.
• Experience with QA principles and generation/disposition of non-conformances.
• Ability to read schematics, use service manuals, follow test procedures, and troubleshoot.

Responsibilities

• Participate in planning, conducting, and documenting V&V activities for aerospace systems and components.
• Apply engineering principles to support testing and solve technical problems.
• Work with multi-disciplinary teams following established procedures under supervision.
• Contribute to requirements management, system design, and systems integration.
• Read schematics, reference service manuals, and follow test procedures to resolve testing issues.
• Develop and execute test plans, procedures, and reports showing compliance with requirements.
• Use testing equipment and methodologies to support validation efforts.
• Generate and disposition product non-conformances in line with QA practices.
• Prepare technical data, reports, and analyses to support engineering decisions.
• Communicate technical concepts clearly to team members and senior engineers.
