Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in aviation maintenance or related field is required.
• At least 6 years of aviation experience, including 3 years in support functions on large or mid-size aircraft.
• An A&P license, plus 4 years of related aircraft experience, may offset the degree.
• Strong leadership and financial management capabilities are required.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage manpower, schedules, budgets, training, and resources across multiple aircraft projects.
• Provide technical oversight and guidance to technicians; ensure work uses approved engineering and maintenance data.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Quality Control, Planning, Materials, and Production Control.
• Drive root cause corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support customer quoting and proposal development.
• Maintain operational readiness through workforce qualification management and inspection coordination.
• Ensure aviation regulatory compliance and effective communication across shifts.
• Manage cross-functional hangar activities to meet delivery schedules on time and within budget.
