magniX USA Inc is seeking a Technical Recruiter in Everett, WA to lead full-cycle recruiting for technical and non-technical roles. The role partners with engineering, manufacturing, operations, quality, PM, and corporate teams to deliver top talent and an exceptional candidate experience.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in recruiting, strong sourcing skills, and experience with ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter. On-site role with company-paid benefits and a competitive hourly pay range.

Qualifications

• 3+ years recruiting experience for technical/engineering roles.
• Strong partnering with hiring managers and handling multiple requisitions.
• Experience using ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Experience building diverse candidate pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for technical and non-technical roles from intake to onboarding handoff.
• Define role requirements, interview plans, and selection criteria with hiring managers.
• Source active and passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, resume databases, referrals, and networks.
• Screen candidates for technical qualifications, compensation expectations, work authorization, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and communicate progress to stakeholders.
• Build talent pipelines for aerospace, electrical and mechanical engineering, software, and manufacturing roles.
