Job summary

magniX, based in the Pacific Northwest, is seeking a Technical Recruiter to attract and hire specialized talent across engineering, manufacturing, operations, and software to support its electric propulsion initiatives. Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruiting experience, including technical, engineering, manufacturing, or highly specialized roles.
• Proven ability to partner with hiring managers and manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong sourcing skills, including engaging passive candidates and building diverse pipelines.
• Experience using an applicant tracking system, LinkedIn Recruiter, resume databases, and other recruiting tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for technical and non-technical roles, from intake and sourcing through offer acceptance and onboarding handoff.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, ideal candidate profiles, interview plans, and selection criteria.
• Source active and passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, resume databases, referrals, professional networks, events, and other targeted sourcing channels.
• Screen candidates for technical qualifications, role alignment, compensation expectations, work authorization, and cultural contribution.
• Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, support hiring decisions, and keep candidates and stakeholders informed throughout the process.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for hard-to-fill roles in aerospace, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, manufacturing, test, software, supply chain, and related disciplines.
• Track recruiting activity, maintain accurate ATS data, and provide recruiting updates, market insights, and process improvement recommendations.
