Job summary

Magna International is seeking a Technical Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Consultant on a 6 to 12 month contract. The role covers full-cycle recruiting for R&D, engineering, software, and operations, with national scope and international exposure preferred.

Hybrid schedule, travel to Lowell, MA required, base salary range $32–$45 per hour plus a potential annual bonus. Candidates should be proficient with Workday ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter, and able to build strong pipelines while partnering

Qualifications

• Experience using Workday ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools.
• Experience recruiting for engineering leadership, software, data science, and product/operations roles.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment from intake through offer.
• Source, screen, interview, and coordinate technical candidates.
• Build talent pipelines via direct sourcing and referrals.
• Partner with managers to develop recruiting strategies and market insights.
• Maintain candidate data in Workday ATS.
• National recruitment with some international exposure; travel to Lowell, MA as needed.
