Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Technical Recruiter based in Bastrop, TX to manage full lifecycle recruiting for engineering and technical roles. You will partner with client groups, source and screen candidates, and guide interviews from screening to offer.

You will frequently collaborate with hiring managers, build candidate pipelines, and manage the offer and onboarding process in a fast-paced, ITAR-aware environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 1+ year recruiting experience; or associate degree with 2+ years; or 3+ years experience in lieu of a degree.
• Experience with non-standard recruiting methods (cold calling, networking events, targeted sourcing campaigns).
• Ability to multi-task and work independently while coordinating with hiring managers.

Responsibilities

• Meet with client groups to discuss headcount, requisitions, and hiring strategy.
• Screen and source candidates for requisitions.
• Discuss and present top candidates to client groups; coordinate interviews.
• Give tours to candidates; participate in interviews with hiring managers.
• Manage offer process including background checks and onboarding.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines; monitor recruiting data and metrics.
