Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline; 2 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Aviation background and aircraft interior experience are a plus.
• Experience with requirements management tools and documentation standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist in development and improvement of requirements management tools and processes.
• Translate stakeholder needs into detailed technical requirements with traceability.
• Create clear requirement documents and manage changes throughout projects.
• Support substantiation and safety documentation for aircraft modification projects.
• Identify risks and report metrics related to requirements management.
